Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please email samorsupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. Also in our "contact" page in our website you can submit your information through the contact form. We will review your message and respond as soon as possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. SAMOR is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
